Pro Stir
ProStir is a high-performance overhead stirrer designed to deliver powerful and consistent stirring while maintaining maximum torque at any speed. Engineered for continuous operation in demanding environments, it features an intuitive user interface and a precision control knob for safe and efficient mixing. Equipped with a durable brushless motor and advanced safety features like overtemperature and overload protection, ProStir ensures reliable and long-lasting performance. It provides resistance to harsh conditions, making it an ideal choice for industrial, laboratory, and research applications.
RPA in inventory management enhances efficiency by automating stock tracking and reordering alerts, preventing stockouts and overstocking. It streamlines order processing by validating orders, checking stock, and updating records in real-time, reducing errors and speeding up fulfillment. Contactless Water Level Indicator/Controler
This project aims to detect the presence of water inside a pipe or container without any physical contact with the fluid. Using capacitive or ultrasonic sensing methods, it identifies water levels externally, making it suitable for sealed or hazardous containers where direct immersion is not possible. The system ensures safety, cleanliness, and easy installation while providing real-time monitoring with minimal maintenance and long-term reliability.


Industrial Power Status Monitor And Report using GSM
This project is designed to monitor fault occurrences in industrial systems and instantly notify a predefined group of users through SMS alerts. It incorporates a dedicated power unit that converts 240V AC supply into the appropriate operating voltage for a GSM communication module. Upon detecting a fault, the system automaticaly sends detailed alert messages—including fault type and location—to up to 20 recipients. The goal is to enable fast response and improved maintenance efficiency across critical infrastructure
Robotic Arm
This project involves the development of an intelligent robotic arm powered by NVIDIA Jetson Nano. The system is designed to automatically detect, classify, and segregate objects based on pre-defined parameters such as color, shape, or size using AI-based computer vision. It integrates deep learning models for real-time object recognition, enabling high-speed and accurate sorting. The robotic arm ensures efficiency, reduces human intervention, and can be adapted for industrial automation, packaging, and quality control applications.




Industrial Latch Circuit
A latch circuit is a type of bistable multivibrator that holds (or “latches”) a state, either ON or OFF, even after the activating signal is removed. In industrial control systems, latch circuits play a vital role in maintaining machine states, such as controlling motor ON/OFF operations, triggering alarms, ensuring safety interlocks, and enabling reliable Start/Stop control in panels. They help reduce wiring complexity, improve system reliability, and provide a simple yet effective way to ensure machines remain in a stable state until reset.
